Delivery and Returns

DELIVERY  Orders are processed and despatched within 2 days unless its a bespoke product in which case you will need to contact us when placing the order. If you have any questions about the products, orders or despatch please get in touch.

DELIVERY IN THE UK  All orders in the UK over £35.00 qualify for free standard delivery. Standard delivery on orders £34.99 and under cost £1.95. This service usually takes 3 working days. £3.30 will be added to your delivery charge for 1st class signed for and an additional £8.75 will be added for guaranteed next day delivery.

Please note that the largest sized papercuts (50cm x 50cm and 30cm x 84cm) will be delivered by courier using a signed for service but next day delivery is not available on these items.

DELIVERY TO EUROPE  Standard delivery within Europe takes 5 working days. For orders £34.99 and under the delivery charge is £4.95 and £12.00 for orders over £35.00.  £6.95 will be added to your delivery for signed for services

DELIVERY TO THE REST OF THE WORLD   Standard delivery to the rest of the world takes 7 working days. For orders £34.99 and under the delivery charge is £12.95 and £27.50 for orders over £35.00. £9.95 will be added to your delivery for signed for services

CUSTOM FEES & IMPORT DUTiES  Custom fees and import duties are the responsibility of the customer. Caroline Rees accepts no liabilty for any fees incurred as a result of delivery to a country outside of the UK

RETURNS  You have 14 days to return an item that you are not entirely happy with provided that the item is in perfect condition in its original packaging. Returns will be accepted on items that have been delivered damaged or faulty. Please contact caroline@carolinerees.co.uk if you are not satisfied with your purchase, to begin the refund process. 

REFUNDS  On receipt of your return we will contact you to let you know whether we are able to approve a refund.
