Delivery and Returns

The vast majority of orders are made and sent the next working day unless its a completely bespoke design in which case you will need to contact me when placing the order. If you have any questions about the products, orders or despatch please get in touch.

FREE UK DELIVERY

All orders in the UK over £10.00 are sent for free via Royal Mail standard post which arrive in 2-3 working days. Orders under £10 are charged at £1.95.

EXPRESS UK DELIVERY

24 hour delivery is £4.95 for orders placed before midday. 

Please note that Large framed work is available for collection only. 

International Orders are despatched via Royal Mail Duty Paid Tracked International Delivery and takes around 5-10 working days. It is fully trackable for peace of mind. The price starts at £11.95

RETURNS

You have 7 days to return an item that you are not entirely happy with provided that the item is in perfect condition in its original packaging. Returns will be accepted on items that have been delivered damaged or faulty. Please contact caroline@carolinerees.co.uk if you are not satisfied with your purchase, to begin the refund process. I’m afraid that personalised items cannot be returned.
